Parts Return/Refund Policy 

  • Check and report any damages or shortages to the delivering carrier and/or Utilimaster Corporation Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative within 24 hours of receipt. 
  • Any incorrect parts should be reported to Utilimaster within 72 hours of signed package receipt. 
  • Prior authorization (Returned Goods Authorization) is required for any parts return.  Please contact the original Aftermarket Sales Representative for the proper return instructions. 
  • Within 24 hours of initial contact, an RGA form will be issued and sent. This form must be in the box with the parts returned for credit to be issued.   
  • All returns for credit are subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee.    
  • On all returns for credit, the customer is to arrange and pay for freight/shipping parts back to Utilimaster. 
  • All parts for credit are inspected upon arrival before credit is issued to customer account. 
  • Copy of RGA form MUST be included with returned parts or processing fee will be applied. 
  • No returns will be allowed for special order parts, make items, or after 30 days from original invoice date. 

Shipping Policies 

LTL – Less Than Truckload 
  • Unless customer supplies routing instructions, Utilimaster will use our preferred regional or national carrier. 
  • Due to size and variety of packaging, we cannot guarantee same day shipping for LTL orders. 
  • For international shipments, customer’s preferred broker information is strongly requested. 

Parcel Shipments 
  • In-stock orders entered by 2:30pm EST and have expedited services, will be shipped same day.  If missed due to uncontrollable circumstances, we will communicate to the customer.    
  • Postal Mail packages are picked up at 2:30pm 
  • Every effort is made to ship all in-stock orders the same day they are received; otherwise the orders will ship within 1-2 business days. 
  • All COD shipments (when approved) must ship via FedEx Express. 
  • Utilimaster’s preferred carrier is selected unless special routing instructions by customer are provided. 
  • Broker Information is strongly recommended for all shipments. 

The shipping department has the right to change shipment routing requests based on package sizes, weights, carrier limitations, service type limitations, and cost.  Most changes are communicated back to the Sales person and then to the customer.

Aftermarket Parts Warranty
  • 90 Day Part Only warranty applies to all parts and begins from the date of part purchase.   This occurs only after the trucks are out of warranty. 
  • Parts may be requested to be returned for further investigation, testing, or documentation.
